We process refunds only in specific cases where service fulfillment fails or errors are verified. Our goal is to ensure fairness while protecting deliverymen, vendors, and customers.

Eligible Refunds

  • Failed deliveries (e.g., item not received, deliveryman unable to complete task)

  • Duplicate charges or payment errors

  • Verified service mistakes (e.g., wrong item delivered, incorrect fee charged)

Ineligible Refunds

  • Change of mind after dispatch

  • Item dissatisfaction not caused by delivery error

  • Vendor-related issues (e.g., product quality, packaging) unless deliveryman mishandled the item

Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

  • Users must provide booking details and a brief explanation

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Pabili Express reserves the right to deny refund requests that involve misuse, fraud, or repeated abuse of the platform.
