  • “Service” refers to all delivery, purchasing, errand, and logistics services offered via the Pabili Express platform.

  • “Deliveryman” refers to independent contractors or employees who fulfill delivery and errand requests.

  • “Vendor” refers to any store or seller whose items are requested or delivered via the platform.

2. Scope of Service

  • Pabili Express facilitates on-demand delivery, purchasing, and errand services through its mobile and web platforms.

  • We do not manufacture, own, or sell goods unless explicitly stated. Our role is to connect users with deliverymen who perform the requested services.

  • Deliverymen are independent contractors unless otherwise specified. Pabili Express is not liable for their personal conduct outside service fulfillment.

3. Account Registration

  • Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate delivery details, contact information, and item instructions.

  • Users agree not to request delivery of illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.

  • Users are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting issues within 24 hours.

5. Deliveryman Responsibilities

  • Deliverymen must comply with traffic laws, safety standards, and platform protocols.

  • Deliverymen must verify item details before pickup and ensure safe, timely delivery.

  • Deliverymen may refuse service if requests violate platform rules or pose safety risks.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure item availability, accuracy, and proper packaging.

  • Vendors are responsible for communicating item details and handling concerns related to product quality.

  • Pabili Express is not liable for vendor errors, delays, or disputes over item condition.

7. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees are calculated based on distance, item type, and urgency.

  • Payment terms are communicated clearly during or after order placement. Users must settle the total amount as agreed upon.

  • Pabili Express reserves the right to adjust pricing, fees, and promotions without prior notice.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users may cancel requests before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are processed only for failed deliveries, duplicate charges, or verified service errors.

  • Pabili Express reserves the right to deny refunds for misuse, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • Pabili Express is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party issues.

  • We are not responsible for item defects, vendor errors, or miscommunication between users and deliverymen.

  • Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total service fee paid.

10. Data Privacy

  • User data is handled in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

  • We collect only necessary information to fulfill services and improve platform performance.

  • Users may request data access, correction, or deletion via our support channels.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, and platform features are the property of Pabili Express or its licensors.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

12. Platform Conduct

  • Users, deliverymen, and vendors must treat each other with respect. Harassment, abuse, or fraud will result in account suspension or legal action.

  • Pabili Express reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

  • Pabili Express shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or internet outages.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.
